The lore of Normal Joe
Joe was supposed to be ordinary. Then the eyes opened. The walls learned his name before he did, and every hallway started leading back to the same red room.
Read the chaptersThe first sight
The story begins with a face that appears in places it should not. A reflection in dead screens. A shape at the end of wet corridors. Two electric-blue rings in the dark.
People called him Normal Joe as a joke. The joke kept answering.
The drawings
Joe started leaving maps, crude crowns and smiling figures behind. The drawings were never where anyone remembered putting them. Yet each one pointed toward the next room.
Under every sketch: four letters. NORM.
The name in the mirror
The legend spread from hallways to feeds, from scratched walls to memes. The community did not run from the story. It adopted it, remixed it and fed it back into the dark.
Now Joe is less a person than a signal: if the blue eyes are glowing, somebody is already watching.
